**Executive Director, Strategic Planning & Performance**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our dynamic team to develop a Strategy Management Office. As a leader, you will be responsible for the management of the corporate strategy of the organization, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and senior leaders. You will lead the annual strategic planning workshops, oversee the evolution of a multi-year Strategic Plan, and an integrated Corporate Business Plan. You will be accountable for designing and reporting on corporate performance measures, shaping the agenda for management strategy reviews, and ensuring all business units are aligned with the strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development of the corporate strategy and ensure alignment with the organization's vision and mission
* Manage the Strategy Management Office and oversee the evolution of the Strategic Plan and Corporate Business Plan
* Design and report on corporate performance measures and ensure alignment with the strategy
* Shape the agenda for management strategy reviews and ensure all business units are aligned with the strategy
* Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and senior leaders to ensure effective strategy implementation

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, or related discipline
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent preferred
* 10+ years of experience in strategic and business planning, reporting, and corporate performance management leadership in large, complex organizations
* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams (direct and indirect reports), including managing performance, providing feedback, establishing goals, and work plans, preferably in a public sector and unionized environment
