About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Promotions Specialist to join our team at Wanda Trading. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies

Develop and evaluate communication strategies to effectively promote our brand and products to our target audience.

Oversee Public Written Material

Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content, to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Prepare Written Material

Prepare written material, such as reports, research papers, and educational texts, to support our marketing efforts.

Supervise Staff

Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the success of our marketing efforts.

Respond to Enquiries

Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities and provide information on our products and services.

Conduct Surveys and Research

Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers to inform our marketing strategies.

Prepare Reports and Research Papers

Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.

Assist in Brochure Preparation

Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Conduct Public Opinion Surveys

Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gauge the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Gather Communications Material

Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support our marketing efforts.

Conduct Online Marketing

Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and website promotions to reach our target audience.

Consult with Clients

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player, and reliability.
