About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at 3 Guys And A Stove. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff as needed to support kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
