Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coach a team of friendly and well-trained staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure a clean and presentable work area at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with weekly and in-store specials to provide customers with the best shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data reports to drive sales and profit growth.
  • Lead by example and maintain a high level of customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and coach employees to support the department leadership team.
  • Participate in inventory management and control procedures.
