Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Supervisor to join our team at Thrifty Foods. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales floor associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Monitor and analyze sales data reports to inform inventory management and merchandising decisions
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting employee engagement and customer loyalty
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with department managers and other store leaders to achieve business goals
  • Perform other duties as required to support store operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Minimum 12 months of retail or customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
