About the Role

Giant Tiger is seeking a skilled Hardgoods Supervisor to join our team in Shawinigan-Sud. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Replenish merchandise around the checkout area, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Monitor and maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including those related to tobacco and lottery sales.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
