We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardgoods Supervisor to join our team at Giant Tiger in Shawinigan-Sud. As a Hardgoods Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, accurately recording customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Accurately record customer transactions and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly
