This role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, focusing on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This position is recognized under various government programs, affirming our commitment to being a reputable employer.
Experience RequirementsCandidates should possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the food service industry.
