Job Description

Rex Stucco Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Planning: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Site Management: Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure projects meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
