Job Summary

Rex stucco Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate estimates and cost control.
  • Prepare Production Reports: Create and submit regular reports on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with project supervisors and managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret and analyze construction plans and blueprints to inform project decisions.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Source and procure necessary materials and equipment for project completion.
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Train or Arrange for Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
