Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Rex stucco Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure timely completion
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
