We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Moxies, a renowned Canadian restaurant group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Executive Chef to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of globally-inspired dishes
  • Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes to drive culinary innovation
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to achieve culinary excellence and consistency across all locations
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of global cuisine
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
