Dynamic Culinary Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Moxies, a renowned Canadian restaurant group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Executive Chef to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of globally-inspired dishes
- Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes to drive culinary innovation
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to achieve culinary excellence and consistency across all locations
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of global cuisine
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
