Description du poste

Si vous êtes motivé, talentueux et désireux de réussir, envisagez une carrière enrichissante au sein de Postes Canada. Nous recherchons un assistant administratif pour notre service postal, capable d'offrir un service client exceptionnel au comptoir.

Responsabilités principales

  • Commercialiser des produits et services postaux aux entreprises et au grand public;
  • Trier, distribuer et gérer le courrier de manière efficace;
  • Fournir des informations et des formulaires aux clients;
  • Résoudre rapidement les problèmes liés à la livraison et au service.

Critères d'admissibilité

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent, ou expérience en administration;
  • Formation et/ou expérience en interaction avec le public dans le secteur de la vente et du service;
  • Compréhension des systèmes de comptabilité ou des opérations postales;
  • Capacité physique suffisante pour manipuler des conteneurs de courrier pesant jusqu'à 50 lb et rester debout pendant de longues périodes;
  • Flexibilité pour effectuer des tâches temporaires.
