Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Sushi Sama. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
- Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Prepare and cook food items, such as vegetables and fruit, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Assist with food storage, labeling, and rotation to ensure freshness and quality.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- English language proficiency.
- 30-40 hours per week.
