We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Food Handling: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
