Mixology Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while showcasing extensive knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. This role involves creating memorable experiences for guests through personalized interactions and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance guest satisfaction by providing attentive service and following established service protocols.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Efficiently process drink orders and prepare beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Present drinks in an organized and appealing manner at the designated service area.
• Effectively communicate beverage options, specials, and pertinent information to guests and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the setup and breakdown of equipment.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of all bar supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor and manage inventory of beverages and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Be attentive to guest preferences and dietary restrictions, including allergies.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications

• SmartServe Certification is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a comparable setting.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails.
• A genuine passion for food and beverage service, coupled with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
