Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
