Role Summary:
As an Aircraft Coordinator in Industrial Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Characterizing both planned and unplanned tasks, including RNC, BOI, Snags, and workbooks, while detailing duration, area, job activity, predecessors/successors, and milestones.
- Assisting production leaders in daily operations and during morning meetings.
- Expediting production jobs by monitoring engineering dispositions, parts availability, and documentation progress.
- Supporting the production team in daily task planning.
- Tracking documentation related to aircraft completion progress.
- Conducting impact analyses based on production challenges.
- Updating and managing the planning of all aircraft, considering impacts, constraints, and opportunities.
- Facilitating high-level meetings and presentations regarding schedule follow-ups.
- Participating in and managing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A DCS or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related operational discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- A comprehensive understanding of the organization.
- Strong listening skills for internal customers and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a production setting.
- Ability to synthesize information and present effectively to senior management.
- A dynamic team player with leadership qualities and a passion for challenges.
- Demonstrated patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Project for planning tracking.
- Intermediate Excel skills for summary analyses.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
