Aircraft Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Coordinator to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Characterize planned and unplanned work, including NCRs, BOIs, Snags, and Workbooks, to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
- Support Manufacturing Leaders in achieving daily targets and monitor manufacturing issues to secure production schedules.
- Track documentation and perform cycle time impact analysis to optimize production efficiency.
- Produce daily production schedules and maintain aircraft schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and participate in improvement projects to drive process excellence.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Global vision of the business and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a production environment and present to senior management.
- Dynamic and team-oriented individual with leadership skills and a willingness to take on challenges.
- Proficient in MS Project and Excel for planning and analysis.
