Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on securities law, including public offerings, private placements, and compliance with securities regulations.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents related to securities transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and interactions with regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for securities-related transactions.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
  • 3+ years of experience in securities law, preferably with a focus on corporate finance.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
