Job Title: Corporate/Securities/M&A Mid-Senior Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate/Securities/M&A Mid-Senior Lawyer to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising client companies on a broad array of corporate transactions, including debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions
  • Working closely with our Corporate Partners and Associates to deliver high-quality results
  • Providing expert guidance on global corporate restructurings and joint ventures

Qualifications:

  • JD from a Canadian accredited law school
  • 3+ years' experience from a national, international or very well-reputed law firm and/or mix of in-house work
  • Licensed to practice law in Alberta
