Securities Lawyer

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled Securities Lawyer to join our team. As a Securities Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on matters related to securities law, including public offerings, private placements, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on securities law, including public offerings, private placements, and compliance with securities regulations.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents related to securities transactions.
- Represent clients in negotiations and interactions with regulatory bodies.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for securities-related transactions.
- Stay informed of changes in securities law and advise clients accordingly.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in securities law, preferably with a focus on corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of securities regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
