Responsabilités principales :

SERVICE CLIENT
  • Approvisionner et organiser les produits dans les zones spécifiques des clients
  • Surveiller les niveaux de stock et traiter les commandes
  • Contrôler l'inventaire et garantir l'exactitude des quantités enregistrées
DEVELOPPEMENT DES COMPTES
  • Interagir avec les clients pour cerner leurs besoins additionnels
  • Promouvoir la valeur des services de CB Canada auprès des clients
COLLABORATION INTERNE
  • Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de compte définie par la direction
  • Travailler avec les équipes de vente pour élargir les offres aux clients
EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES :
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires et 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente ou le service
  • Esprit d'initiative, énergie et engagement envers le service client
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les clients et les partenaires
  • Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes de manière autonome
Autres exigences professionnelles :
  • Capacité à soulever des charges légères à lourdes
  • Travail sur site chez les clients
  • Respect de toutes les normes de sécurité et d'inspection
