- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, ensuring that costs are controlled and that our clients receive value for their investment.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and communicating effectively to ensure that their expectations are met.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Financial Management: Manage financial records, including invoicing and payment processing, to ensure that our clients are billed accurately and promptly.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
