Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Financial Management

Requirements
  • Education

  • Skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week.
