Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Canadian Tax & Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure they are followed by all staff members.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
