About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sharepoint Consultant to join our Professional Services organization. As a Sharepoint Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with our valued enterprise and public sector clients to design, implement, and administer Microsoft OneDrive / Sharepoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and collaborate with the team on OneDrive / Sharepoint projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.
  • Work closely with co-workers, end-users, and vendor representatives on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OneDrive / Sharepoint, in accordance with contract SLAs.
  • Mentor and develop Engineers and Technicians on the team, providing guidance on technical skills and soft skills required for success.
  • Function as a technical expert, with strong customer interaction skills, and the ability to advise on, implement, and manage complex solution and service deployments for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and technology updates, and continually fine-tune delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • A proactive work ethic that puts responsiveness to customers first.
  • Passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving great CX.
  • Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2-4 years' prior work experience in an engineering role (Engineer) in a similar organization / focus area.
  • Updated Certifications and training to include; Information Protection and Compliance Administrator, Messaging Administrator Associate, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
