Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut Olds. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement
- Prepare and submit reports to support business decision-making
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a permanent employee, you will work 30 hours per week in a dynamic team setting.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- English language proficiency
