Key Responsibilities- Lead the negotiation and finalization of licensing agreements, including drafting language to address complex legal and business concepts.
- Work with the litigation team to support litigation strategy and execution.
- Support licensing executives in achieving business goals and targets.
- Multitask across multiple licensing engagements and handle several license negotiations concurrently.
- At least 7 years of experience in litigation and contract drafting.
- Proven deal-making skills, with the ability to understand all sides in a negotiation while seeking effective and creative solutions.
- Litigation/contract drafting experience in OTT/Streaming Video and/or social media markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with patent licenses and related legal agreements is required.
- Project management skills and determination to see things through to completion.
- Analytical skills and understanding of financial analyses.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
