Job Summary

The Andersons is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Support Specialist to join our team. As a Trade Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our Merchandisers and Account Representatives, facilitating trading activities and coordinating logistics for our assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Trade Group operations, including sales, logistics, general operations, and originations.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and generating value for our customers and company through current and potential marketing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers.
  • Provide trading and logistics support to Merchandisers and Account Representatives.
  • Perform routine report updates and maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-3 years' relevant experience required.
