Safety Coordinator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Safety Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and maintaining a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide safety support and information to employees
* Identify safety training needs and coordinate safety training programs
* Monitor safety goals and participate in new product/process review
* Assist in the selection of appropriate personal protective equipment
* Promote safety awareness through communication and specific training programs
* Participate on Uline's Safety Committee
* Review incident reports and follow-up as necessary
* Train new employees on Uline processes, procedures, and safety standards

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3+ years warehouse experience, supervisory experience within a high volume, fast-paced distribution environment preferred
* Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred
* Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented
* Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs
