Food Service Manager

BRIYANI BAR is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing customer demands and kitchen operations.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
BRIYANI BAR is a fast-paced food service establishment with a physically demanding work environment. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:40 hours per week.
