Bilingual Administrative Systems Analyst

We are looking for a meticulous individual to fill the role of Bilingual Administrative Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will take charge of assessing requirements, crafting professional methodologies related to administrative processes and systems, and enhancing operational services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline;
Experience:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of pertinent experience in compensation and benefits;
Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of administrative processes, budget oversight, data evaluation, and reporting;
  • Proficiency with management information systems and databases;
  • Acquaintance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Knowledge of Cree culture and language is beneficial;
  • Familiarity with the biomedical sector and medical apparatus is a plus;
  • Capability to pinpoint and assess administrative system requirements;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities;
  • Expertise in office-related software applications;
  • Outstanding critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Languages:
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of Cree and French is advantageous.
Other:
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
