About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Process Specialist to join our team at Conseil Cri de la santé et des services sociaux de la Baie James. As an Administrative Process Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, developing and implementing administrative techniques and systems to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business needs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Process Development: Design and implement administrative processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to administrative services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that administrative services meet high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of Cree language an asset.
