Job Title: Concrete Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a Concrete Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the concrete finishing process, ensuring high-quality results, and leading a team of concrete finishers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Inspect and monitor the quality of finished concrete surfaces to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
