About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives and ensuring the effective implementation of our policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring seamless integration and effective functioning.
  • Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions to drive business performance.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license and ability to use a vehicle supplied by the employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
