Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at PHSA, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's financial decision-making processes. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring, assessing, and interpreting financial performance data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and dashboarding solutions to support business intelligence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, or CMA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of recent senior experience in a large, complex organization.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer and financial application skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
