Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Value Liquor Hub. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in promotional activities and maintain a positive attitude towards sales and customer service
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Accurate, flexible, and reliable
