About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at SSS LIQUOR LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their queries, and offer suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with clean and organized shelves and counter areas.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support Store Initiatives: Participate in store promotions, events, and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
