About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at VAPE INN CIGAR & SMOKES LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment, and provide change as needed.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure the sales floor and point of sale area are clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
  • Support Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, and a team player.
