Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Family Caregiver to join our team at Yoganithy Sathyakumar. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The Family Caregiver will be responsible for providing personal care, household management, and companionship to our clients. This is a permanent position, requiring a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform errands and shopping for clients
  • Administer medications and provide health-related support
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mental health first aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
