Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication administration and management.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and social support to our clients, engaging them in activities and conversations.
  • Assist with transportation and errands, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mental health first aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Work Environment:

Our clients' homes, which may include non-smoking environments and fast-paced environments.
