Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective operations of the cleaning service through planning, quality control, and management of all cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Manage and train a team of cleaners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning service.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Proven track record of managing and training a team of cleaners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
