About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and onboarding new properties, executing processes to facilitate pre-authorized collection, and acting as the point person with utility providers. You will also run automations to support the accounting teams and take on other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a post-secondary education institution (preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Products, specifically Excel
  • Adept with using technology to increase efficiency
  • Data entry and customer service experience is an asset
