About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobile Care Yorkdale Mall. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the sales floor, including assigning tasks to sales associates, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve merchandising displays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
