Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Winston Hawthorne & Co. Immigration Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective graphic designs for our marketing materials, website, and other visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement graphic design concepts and strategies that align with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging and informative visual content for our website, social media, and print materials.
  • Supervise and mentor junior graphic designers to ensure high-quality design work and consistent branding.
  • Estimate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design projects.
  • Consult with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new design technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality design work that meets our brand standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of creativity and innovation.
