Job Title: Senior Visual Communications Specialist

Winston Hawthorne & Co. Immigration Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of visual communications materials, including graphic designs, illustrations, and other visual elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team in the creation of visual communications materials, including graphic designs, illustrations, and other visual elements.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations to meet their communications needs.
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, and co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials.
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, and prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements.
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a client-focused and team-oriented approach.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
