  • Collaborate with the Construction Management team, Architectural and Engineering consulting team, and stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Ensure projects adhere to our company Health and Safety Policy and Site-Specific Safety Plans.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, and Estimator to ensure all tasks are integrated.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, including daily reviews and weekly updates of the "Critical Path" to ensure construction issues are managed effectively.
  • Monitor and manage subcontractor and material suppliers' progress to ensure they meet project schedule targets.
  • Ensure subcontractors perform work to industry standards and project specifications of quality.
  • Provide Daily Site Reports, including photos, to demonstrate progress and identify construction issues.
  • Coordinate with Building Department, local authorities, and Testing & Inspection Engineers to ensure required inspections take place.
  • Review and sign off on time sheets submitted by subcontractors working on a Time & Material basis.
  • Manage project completion deficiencies and assist the Construction Management Team in completing close-out documents.
  • Maintain and update construction drawings for any changes to the work.
