Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Executive Inn at Whistler Village. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedules and tasks to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to identify any areas that require attention and ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Recommend Improvements: Identify opportunities for improving the cleaning process and recommend changes to management to enhance the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
  • Assist with Special Projects: Assist with special projects such as deep cleaning of rooms, corridors, and public areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
