We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Whistler Squirrel Cleaning Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate Services: Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient use of resources.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a typical workweek of 30-40 hours.
